RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with every ORLY product that you order. Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 30 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping fees are nonrefundable; customer is responsible for return shipping. Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 30 days of delivery, and we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge. Gift Cards, Custom Colors, and Color Pass Subscriptions are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
